We ask that you call the office for the best time for you to be seen. Crown and bridge appointments usually require a one to two hour time period.

In order to reduce administrative cost and keep our fee's as low as possible, we do not accept insurance as payment. However, we will provide you with everything you need to enable you to process your claim with your insurance company.
